随着微电子技术、计算机技术、嵌入式技术的高速发展及其在工程检测中的应用,新的设计理念、新的实现方式不断出现,并突破了传统工程检测系统的设计模式。本课题设计的是应用超声脉冲检测技术对混凝土、岩石陶瓷等非金属材料和构件进行无损检测的智能化仪器,配备功能强大的便携式微型计算机系统、大屏幕液晶显示器和锂电池,它集超声波发射、同步接收、数字信号高速采集、声参量自动检测、数据分析处理、结果实时显示和数据存储与输出功能于一身。文章首先介绍了超声检测的相关理论以及现状,并在此基础上详细介绍了硬件系统各模块的设计和部分软件模块的设计流程。接收系统采用程控滤波和程控放大,使得用户能根据回波信号的强弱和探头频率的不同而选择不同的滤波电路和放大倍数;交直流供电满足不同的应用场合;采用高分辨率大屏幕液晶显示器,被测波形直观形象;触摸屏输入,操作方便。各种接口齐全,方便用户进一步数据处理。通过和其它仪器对比,该系统具有可重配置性好,重量轻等优点,为产品的升级提供了很大的方便。

ABSTRACT
With the development of the technologies of micro-electronics, computers, and embedded system , and the application of them in project measuring, the new ideas of design and the new model of realization appear now, which break through the conventional pattern. This topic design is the application supersonic pulse examination technology to the concrete, the rock ceramics and so on the nonmetallic material and ponent carries on the lossless examination the intellectualized instrument, provides the function formidable portable puter systematic, the large screen liquid-crystal display and the lithium battery, its collection ultrasonic wave launch, the synchronization accept, digital signal high speed gathering, the sound parameter automatic detection, data analysis processing, finally the real time display and the data storage and the output function in a , this thesis has introduced the interrelated theory of ultrasonic testing and the domestic and foreign research present thesis also introduced each module of hardware in detail and software design flow receiving circuit adopts programmable gain amplifier and filter, enables the instrument to realize the automatic filter and the automatic adjusting enlargement factor according to the echo signal’s different amplitude and frequency; Having AC and DC power supply modes, the system can satisfy different situation; Having adopted the big screen TFT LCD,caused the tested wave displaying intuitively;Having designed the toucher ,wh
