摘要
公允价值计量属性的应用无论是在全世界还是在中国会计界都是一个热点,新准则颁布后更成为了它的一个亮点。本文以债务重组为例,通过不同时期准则中公允价值在债务重组中的应用所带来的影响比较,了解公允价值在我国会计准则中的应用过程,结合新准则债务重组的修订、公允价值的大量运用,预测出公允价值可能产生的影响,并提出应对措施。相信随着相关法规的完善,相应从业人员素质的提高,逐步由历史成本计量等多种计量方式过渡到公允价值计量是完全可行的,公允价值计量前景光明。
全文可分为四个部分:第一部分公允价值的相关内容,通过公允价值的应用背景、不同定义、表现形式和计量原则、意义等内容,可以对公允价值计量属性进行一定的了解;第二部分公允价值在我国债务重组中的应用,公允价值在我国债务重组中经历了从无到有、用而又弃、弃后又拾的过程,以及在这个过程中产生不同影响;第三部分新会计准则中债务重组的变化及公允价值对其影响,介绍了一些债务重组准则的变化,分析了应用后可能产生的优、劣势及问题。第四部分应对公允价值产生影响的措施,通过对影响的分析预测,提出应对措施。

Abstract
Fair value of the property both in the world or the accounting profession in China is a hot spot, even after the promulgation of new guidelines it has e a bright spot. Based on debt restructuring as an example, through different periods in the fair value of the criteria for debt restructuring of the impact brought about parison. China's understanding of fair value accounting standards in the application process and criteria for debt restructuring in light of the new changes in fair value of the extensive use is forecast to fair value of the possible implications and proposed response measures.
