摘要
工程图样按规定的方法表达出机器或者建筑的形状、大小、材料和技术要求,是表达和交流技术思想的重要工具,是工程技术部门的一种重要技术文件,在现在工业中,设计、制造、安装各种机械、电机、电表、仪器以及采矿、化工等各方面的设备,都离不开工程图样,在使用这些机器、设备和仪表时。也常常通过阅读工程图样来了解他们的结构和性能。因此,每个工程技术人员都必须能够绘制和阅读工程图样。
机械制图对于钳工、车工、电焊工、尤为重要,要向成为一名好的技师和技术工人,不认识图,不会制作图,在生产实际和技术交流中就会处处碰壁。因此,机械制图是培养技术工人并使其熟练掌握专业知识和技术的必不可少的重要课程。也是让学生全面发展的必要课程之一。如果不能很好的掌握机械制图这门技术,想成为一名真正的技术工人,那是非常困难的一件事情。基于机械制图的重要地位,本文将介绍其目的,内容乃至制作过程。
本课程专研绘制和阅读工程图样的原理和方法,培养学生的形象思维能力,是一门既有系统理论又有较强实践性的技术基础课。本课程包括画法几何、制图基础、机械图等部分。制图基础部分学习国家标准《机械制图》的基本规定,训练用工具和一起的尺规绘图、徒手绘图,培养绘制和阅读投影图的基本能力,学习标注尺寸的基本方法,这一部分是课程重点。

ABSTRACT
