小型清雪机的结构设计
摘要
我国的北方冬天时间比较长,冬天持续最长时间多达五个月,满天飞雪,降雪量很大,道路积雪堆积较多。一些不能使用大型清雪设备的路面,如果不及时的清除积雪,将会严重的影响交通安全,给人们的日常生活带来很多的不便。因此,研发小型清雪机设备,有着很重要的实用、使用价值。
本设计首先进行分析研究了路面上积雪的机械性能,并且查阅参考了目前的国内外有关该设备的大量技术资料;设计了由汽油机提供动力,经输出轴输出动力,通过链传动传递动力,带动其它工作。该清雪机的工程是利用搅龙旋转将雪粉碎集中,通过抛雪叶轮高速旋转,将雪高速推向弯管,再通过与弯管壁撞击折射出去。从而达到清除积雪的目的和最佳效果。
本文对小型清雪机进行了理论分析和实用结构设计分析,,为国内生产该种清雪机提供技术资料。

Abstract
In the northern of China ,winter time is so long and the snow is very big ,the snow accumulation of the road is more .If the snow on the road of Some large snow removal equipment can not be used that is not promptly cleared , it will seriously affect traffic safety, and cause a lot of inconvenience to people`s daily life .Therefore ,the research and development of small snow blower , has a very important practical,and useful value.
This paper firstly analyses the physical and mechanical properties of paction on the road, then access to a lot of information about this equipment at home and design is provided by the gasoline power by the output shaft turn to output power, power is transmitted via a chain drive to drive other work. The project use a snowplow auger rotation to focus on crushing snow and throw the snow through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, the use of high-speed centrifugal force will push the snow bends, then the snow will hit the wall with the curved and be refracted out. Clear aim and the best results is cleaning snow is achieved.
In this paper, a small hand-push snow throwers is considered about theoretical analysis and practical structural design the same time, we draw some three-dimensional and two-dimensional solid modeling renderings with software engineering drawings .These snow throwers provide technical information for the domestic production .
