摘要
提升机(绞车)是工业生产过程中一种常见的机械,具有悠久的发展历史和比较成熟的设计制造技术。随着提升机制造技术的不断提高、加工材料的不断改进以及电子控制技术的不断发展,绞车在动力、节能和安全性等方面取得了很大的进步。目前,提升机正被广泛地运用于矿山、港口、工厂、建筑和海洋等诸多领域。
在矿山采掘和运输场合,提升机作为重要辅助设备被大量而广泛地运用着,例如矿用提升绞车、调度绞车、耙矿绞车和凿井绞车等。提升绞车可用于矿山竖井或斜井中物品与人员的调度,具有较大的牵引功率和很好的安全性,是矿山生产中不可缺少的设备之一。
本课题是应用机械原理、机械制造技术进行提升机的设计。提升机是适用于各种工业的一般起重机械。它由电动机带动,通过齿轮传动、行星机传动传递动力。其设计主要包括:驱动系统的设计、传动系统的设计、有限元的分析、执行机构的设计、控制系统的设计及机体的润滑与密封等。

Abstract
Hoist (winch) is the industrial production process of mon machine, has a long history and mature design and manufacturing technology. At present, the elevators are being widely used in mining, ports, factories, construction and marine and other areas.
