攀枝花学院本科课程设计摘要
摘要
现代机械加工行业发生着深刻的结构性变化,液压系统的设计与改良已成
为相关企业生存和发展的必要条件。动力装置行业作为一个传统而富有活力的
行业,近十几年取得了突飞猛进的发展。在新经济时代,这一行业呈现了新的
发展趋势,由此对其动力装置的质量、性能产生了新的变化。输出轴作为动力
装置的主要零件,液压系统的设计与改良直接影响着其质量与性能。
本文首先介绍了液压的作用和工况分析,其次确定液压缸尺寸,然后进行了工
艺规程设计。

ABSTRACT
The modern machine-finishing profession is having the profound constitutive
change, the craft work clothes design and the Improvement has e the
correlation enterprise survival and the development essential condition. The power
unit obtained the development which progresses by leaps and bounds. In the new
economical time, this profession has presented the recent development tendency,
from this to its power unit quality; the performance has had the new change. The
output shaft took the power unit the major parts, the craft work clothes design and
the improvement directly is affecting its quality and the performance.
This article first introduced the output shaft function and the craft analysis, next
the definite semi finished materials size, then has carried on the technological
process design, finally has carried on the jig design to the 70th working procedure
and the 80th working procedure.
