基于DSP的温度测试系统
[摘要]
随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,分布式温度测量控制系统在工业、农业及人们的日常生活中扮演了一个越来越重要的角色。因此,对温度采集控制系统的设计与研究就具有十分重要的意义。
本文设计了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的温度测试系统。该系统以TMS320F2812芯片为核心,使其与DS28EA0型1-Wire数字温度计相结合,采用带有USB接口的大容量U盘或SD卡作为存储介质,实现温度采集与数据存储的功能。文中首先介绍了测温仪器的发展现状,并论证了用DSP芯片进行温度控制的必要性和可行性。接着介绍了DSP芯片的主要结构特点及发展应用等。针对温度控制系统的特点,作者对DSP芯片进行了选型,并对所选芯片TMS320F2812的结构和特征进行了详细说明。然后根据温度控制要实现的功能,制定了该系统的总体设计方案,并在此基础上进行了各部分硬件电路的设计。本系统主要由DS28EA00温度测量模块、USB接口模块、SD卡接口模块和TMS320F2812数字信号处理模块等组成。

[Abstract]
With the rapid development of modern information technology, distributed temperature measurement control system in industry, agriculture and People's Daily life plays a more and more important role. Therefore, the temperature gathering the design of control system and research has the extremely vital significance.
This paper designs a temperature testing systems based on DSP (digital signal processor). This system chips as the core to TMS320F2812, making bine with DS28EA0 type 1-Wire digital thermometer, and it uses large capacity with a USB interface, U disk or SD card as storage media, achieving temperature acquisition and data storage ,this paper introduces the development status of the thermometer, and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of testing the temperature using the DSP chips. Then it introduces the main structural features of DSP chips and application development and so on. Characteristics for the temperature control system, the author has a selection of the DSP chip, and makes a detailed description of the structure and selected characteristics of the chip TMS320F2812 . Then based on the function of the temperature control the author achieves the formulated the overall design
