摘要
电镀过程中会产生很多的污染物,其中在酸性镀铜槽溶液中的有害物主要是CuCO4、H2SO4。它会危害人体健康和腐蚀机械设备。因此对产生有害物的电镀车间必须进行合理的通风除尘系统设计,一方面改善了工作环境条件,另一方面也避免了有害物排入大气对环境造成污染,从而保护了环境。
本文是对某电镀车间进行通风与净化系统设计,从而达到工作环境和排放浓度的要求。先根据电镀车间内设备的布置情况和有害物特点,确定净化方式;再根据设计资料计算吸气罩的吸风量和通风系统的风量,并选择净化设备;然后确定除尘系统的管网布置,并进行通风管道的水力计算;最后选择风机和电动机。

ABSTRACT
Electroplating process will generate a lot of pollutants, the harmful material in acid copper plating bath solution is mainly CuCO4, H2SO4. It will harm human health and corrode the mechanical equipment. So the electroplating workshop which produced harmful substances must have the design be reasonable of the ventilation and dust removal system.
This paper is designing a ventilation and purification system for electroplating workshop, so as to achieve the working environment and the requirements of emission concentration. First, According to the arrangement of electroplating workshop equipment and harmful characteristics, determination of purification;Second, calculate the suction air flow and ventilation hood air flow according to the design data,And select purification equipment; Third, determine work layout and dust removal system, Calculation of hydrauli
