毕业设计（论文）-中型掘进机行走部结构设计.doc

掘进机是重要的煤矿挖掘设备,在煤岩、半煤岩巷道上得到了广泛应用,其中行走部是其重要组成部分,不但承载着整机的重量,而且对掘进机的整体性能有着决定性的影响。
掘进机组成结构主要有履带架、驱动轮、张紧装置、张紧轮、支重部分、行走马达以及减速器。此设计主要对象为中型掘进机的行走部,设计的重点为行走部结构设计以及行走减速器的设计,通过对题目的分析以及对行走部原理的研究对驱动形式和传动方式进行了论证,选出合理的传动方案,并对此方案进行设计计算。主要设计内容有张紧装置的选择,驱动轮的结构设计以及对减速器的结构进行选择、计算和校核。通过合理设计使行走部结构更加合理,各个组成部分功能更加完善。

Abstract
Roadheader is an important coal mining equipment, has been widely used in coal, coal rock roadway, which is an important part of the walk, not only carrying the weight of the machine, but also has a decisive impact on the overall performance of the roadheader.
The design mainly aims at the walking part of the medium-sized roadheader. The main structure of the machine consists of tensioning pulley, tensioning device, supporting pulley, crawler frame, hydraulic motor and speed reducing mechanism. The design focuses on walking and walking speed reducer structure design, through the analysis of the subject and Research on walking principle of the drive and transmission methods are discussed, select the reasonable transmission scheme, design and calculation of this program. The main contents are the structure design of the driving wheel, the selection of the tensioning device and the selection, calculation and check of the ary reducer. Through rational design, the structure of the walking part is more reasonable, and the functions of ponent part are more perfect.
