摘要
我国是工业大国和农业大国,因此,煤炭作为能源是目前乃至未来相当长的一段时间都是我国的主要能源之一,从挖煤到机械化开采再到自动化开采,中国的机械化自动化技术蒸蒸日上。提高煤炭产量、提高煤炭生产经济效益,是挖煤发展中的国家飞速前进的发展的基本保证。对于掘进机械设备的了解和掌握,最后到世纪运用是必须掌握能力。现在,我国的煤炭开采区已经被尽数找到,如今最重要的就是煤炭的开采、提升和运输。对工作面采用综合机械化掘进。众所周知,越来越自动化的生产离不开合理的、高效的控制系统,所以优秀的控制网决定着我国能源的发展。
在掘进工作面中,掘进机、采煤机、刮板运输机和支护设备等组成一个称为采煤机的有机整体来实现采煤工艺的各个工序,它们在工作能力和结构尺寸的配套关系,直接影响到掘进工艺的顺利实施和设备能力的充分发挥。因此,为了正确地选择掘进机组各种设备的形式,不仅要看它们能否满足掘进工艺的要求,同时要注意它们之间的配套性能;更关键的是,要知道是怎么控制的,以及失控后应该怎么处理。
我这次进行掘进机电气控制系统设计。采掘机械是煤炭机械化生产的设备,起技术性能和工作质量关系到煤炭的发展和进步。近几年来,采掘机械有着突飞猛进、日新月异的变化,为世人所瞩目。各种类型的采掘机械相继问世,一大批新设备正装备于矿井,在煤炭生产中发挥着举足轻重的作用。所以我这次课程设计要格外认真,为祖国的能源发展尽一份力。
