本文从意识形态、国家制度和社会生活三个方面对唐代丧服制度进行研究。
首先,贾公彦《仪礼·丧服》疏中阐述了1套以父权制伦理道德为鏊本内容的家庭理论。,以及对女性家庭身份地位的依附性、边缘化、卑幼化论述。这是唐代国家丧服制度建设的理论基础。
其次,唐代丧服制度作为国家礼仪制度的重要组成部分,经历了~个改制创新
和完善定犁的过稃。在这一过稃中,丧服制度脱离丫其先秦宗法贵族政治和社会等级制度的本来性质,转变为中古父权制家庭的礼法制度。
盾代将、
制度化和儒家化过程,为大一统皇帝政治秩序提供伦理依据。
第三,唐代丧服改制主要集中在为母、妇之服以及外家亲属的服制调整上,反映了唐代家庭结构和家庭生活的特点,但是并没有改变父权制等级伦理秩序。
唐代丧服制度的社会推广过程中,儒家礼法文化对社会文化进彳:r J,整合,父权

Abstract
In this thesis,the mourning apparel system in+lang Dynasty is discussed l?om the aspects of ideology,regime and society life.
The author begins with the patriarchal theory defined in the annotation of Jia
Gongyan’S RituaJ·MourningApparel,which basically related the moral principles ofthe patriarchal family.’l'he theory lbcused on the argumentation and protection lbr patriarchy, wi也the perfection of the patriarchal family structure and family relation as its main points,and the discussion of the dependency,edging and degrading of females in the
family conception formed the theoretical foundation of the mourning apparel
system through Tang Dynasty.
As an important part of the ritual system,the mourning apperal system experienced
reforms and improvements,a process during which it lost the original character of the patrialchal clan system in pre-Qin period,when only the nobles were engaged in politics and the social classes were severely new patriarchal clan system of middle
ancient times took its place.
In Tang Dynasty,the brief funeral ceremony invented by Han Wendi(Emperor Wen of Han Dynasty)went through systematization and confucianization after the
