摘要
论文阐述了基于 PLC 为核心并辅以单片机的新型一体化阀门控制系统的研发与设计,主要包含阀门控制系统的硬件电路设计和软件程序设计,并且对阀门控制系统中的信号检测部分模块,电源转换设计模块,电动机控制模块,人机通讯设计模块进行了阐述,特别是对无线遥控模块的软硬件设计进行了详尽的阐述。
新型阀门电动执行装置控制系统软件设计包括了人机交互模块、电机控制模块、 STC89C52 单片机和 SIMATIC S7-300 PLC 之间的通讯模块。系统以 STEP7 为编程工具,实现了电机控制和开关模块的软件设计;在人机交互模块中,系统以 Keil uVision2 作为人机交互部分的开发和编译工具,以 C 语言作为开发语言,实现了单片机嵌入式开发的编程工作。

ABSTRACT
The paper described the development and design of the new integrated valve control system based on PLC as the core and supplemented by the microcontroller, consists mainly of the valve control system design of hardware and software programs, and valve control system in signal detection partmodule, power converter module design, the motor control module, man-munication design module are described, in particular the detailed hardware and software design of the wireless remote control module.
The new valve electric actuator control system software design, including puter interaction module, munication between the motor control module, the STC89C52 microcontroller and the SIMATIC S7-300 PLC module. STEP 7 , programming tools, motor control and switch module software design; in puter interaction module, the system the Keil uVision2 developed as a part of puter interaction piler tools to the C language as a development language, programming of the microcontroller embedded development.
