陕北地区民营幼儿园教师流失现状及对策分析
——以苗苗幼儿园为例
摘要:改革开放三十多年了,随着社会主义市场化建立和发展,每个人都希望通过职业流动得到一个更适合自己的工作已获得更好的发展。教育发展,教师为本。在各种职业流动中,民办幼儿教师流动问题逐渐凸现出来,越来越多的人开始关注教师的职业流动状况。由于幼儿园教育的特殊性,幼儿教师的流动相对于普通中小学教师、高校教师更加普遍,尤其是民办幼儿园。苗苗幼儿园教师流失的状况不仅给幼儿园教育教学带来了不良影响,而且也造成了一定的人才资源的浪费。本次调查目的在于通过对苗苗幼儿园教师流失的现状做进一步的分析进而解决苗苗幼儿园教师流失情况,总结民办幼儿园教师流失的原因以及作为处于劣势的民办幼儿园该采取怎么样的措施来降低教师的流失。进而为陕北民办幼儿教育事业提供一定的理论和实践依据。

This survey aims to Miao Miao by the loss of the status of kindergarten teachers to do further analysis and then solve the loss of Miao Miao kindergarten teacher, summarized the reasons for the loss of private kindergarten teachers as well as the disadvantage of the private kindergarten how to take measures to reduce teacher loss. Private preschool education for the Northern and then provide a theoretical and practical basis.
