Abstract
Table tennis, known as the \"national pastime\" in our country, it is China's most widely, the mass base, one of the strongest sports. Since the late 1980 s, because of various reasons that some of the table tennis players in China to go abroad, they are the people from all walks of life is called \"overseas corps\". However due to \"risk\" status quo of Chinese table tennis, let the \"overseas corps\" limits and developing in a awkward position. Especially the promulgation of the restrictions, \"overseas corps\" of the way it is struggling.
The purpose of this paper is to use the dialectical prehensive view of the role of "overseas corps", through expert interview method, questionnaire survey, and access to information sorting out overseas corps phenomenon appears the reason, current situation and development of table tennis sports development both at home and abroad the perspectives of the impact, draw the conclusion:
The output of the "overseas corps", is conducive to China's table tennis talents to realize self value
To promote petitive table tennis team training management system reform in our country
Conducive to conveying talents and coach, and the other countries contribute imported table tennis petitive level
Input "overseas corps", will be partly from domestic players of living space, affect the local table tennis reserve talented person raise

20世纪初,乒乓球运动在欧洲和亚洲蓬勃开展起来。经过多年的传播在中国取得了快速的发展,已成为一项全民普及的运动。中国乒乓球队在世界大赛上也夺得一个又一个的冠军,乒乓球在中国被誉为“国球”。世界乒乓球运动的发展分别经历了欧洲全盛期,亚洲日本队崛起,中国队的兴起,欧洲复兴与欧、亚洲的争霸,中国称雄世界五个阶段。中国乒乓球至今仍占据世界乒坛霸主地位。同时,随着我国改革开放政策的实施,中国的体育运动随着国家综合国力的增强也不断发展起来。从上个世纪80年代起,我国体育与国际体育交流逐渐紧密,乒乓球运动取得优异成绩的同时,我国乒乓球界也出现了一种现象:中国的乒乓球运动员因为各种原因选择出国发展,或做教练,或代表其他国家运动员参加国际乒乓球大赛,并取得良好的运动成绩。他们被各界人士称为“海外兵团”[1]。
随着我国乒乓球称霸世界时代的到来,乒乓球“海外兵团”团队也逐渐扩大, 在国际乒乓球比赛中屡创佳绩,吸引了更多的关注。它在一定程度上推动着我国竞技乒乓球队的训练管理体制改革;促进了输入地乒乓球运动的发展与普及;为世界其他国家输送优秀人才和教练,提高输入地乒乓球运动的竞技水平。由于中国乒乓球的“一国独大”现状,同时随着“海外兵团”规模逐渐扩大,人们对海外兵团的存在与地位褒贬不一
