为明确出租方与承租方的权利和义务关系,甲乙双方经协商,一致同意订立本合同条款如下,以资共同遵守。
To clearly the rights and obligations of the lessor and tenant, Party A and Party B agree to enter the following agreement.
1. 租赁标的 The general article of the lease
甲方同意将自有座落在的产权房出租给乙方使用。 建筑面积为平方米。

2. 租赁期限 Period of Tenancy
