律必须面对克隆人这一棘手的问题,从前瞻性、预见性的角度出发,及早进行研究并谋划应付的对策。大多数人在道德E持反对意见不是错误的,作为现彳彳伦理反映和维护的法律,在新的伦理观念尚未建立以前维持现行的伦理而禁止克隆人也是合理的;在技术和伦理问题尚未解决的情况下,少数人要求完全放开对克隆人的研究是不能允许的。因此,法律可以在这“两极’’之间找到一个“平觎点”, 危许严格控制下的、小范围的克隆人研究,这样既能适应现行的伦理,又能照顾未来的人伦,因为克隆人不是绝对反人伦、反人道的。从目前来看,,征极小的空间范围内,克隆入研究有着一定的价值;以未来的眼光来考察,不排除克隆人带
给人类美好前景的可能。所以,对克隆入研究的态度不应是完全禁止,而应是严格限制。
