ABSTRACT
Because China's coal and iron ore transport is mainly depeeds on rail, the transport distance is long, and the number of multi-utility vehicles is large, thus how to avoid the vehicle emptying, improve transport efficiency is the primary consideration of the transportation mangement department; material transport, unloading a heavy workload, these need efficient unloading machinery to plish the work,this also es the needs of the modern enterprise. Car dumper line could well meet the above requirements, and car dumper line has been heavy production tasks enterprises selected by unloading of bulk cargo (ore, coal, etc.). Car dumper system is based on car dumper for major equipment, together with other additional settings or device, such as positioner, car pusher, vertical wagon holding and level plates on car dumper, wheel gripper and vibration feeding system, composition very high degree of automation of a mechanical unloading production lines [1] . Continue to explore bination of their own equipment, innovation and effectiveness, practice and improvement, to improve the operating efficiency of equipment, reducing energy loss is in line with a new idea of national "energy conservation" principles and policies.
Firstly, based on car dumper unloading-position and operational
characteristics, illustrates the importance of car dumper driver frequency control system. Then analyzes position of car dumper driver VVVF control system principle and system proposed different control schemes to choose this system for the control program. Car dumper driver frequency control system constitutes a programmable logic controller, the AFE rectifier feedback device, vector inverter, drive motor, speed sensor, PC, and control . The system uses an AFE rectifier feedback device, the way of mon DC bus drive two vector inverter, and then by two asynchronous motor starting, running and the governor's control, including these two asynchronous motor master reference synchronization
