摘 要
在高等教育逐渐大众化的时代背景下,对高校带来了“原有设施资源无法满足学校发展的需求”的挑战,对于空间的复合性要求越来越高,各院校纷纷采取新建、改造教学楼等措施来满足需求。而高校是一个文化高度集中的区域,新建建筑难以代替老建筑自身所具有的历史文化内涵,对各院系楼进行更新,成为每个高校建设的必经之路。
在上述大环境下,作者以湖南工业大学体育学院教学实验楼和包装设计学院楼建筑环境空间再设计为研究对象,探求更适合院系楼专业性强,多种教学形式等特性的空间环境形式,缓解院系楼与校园整体环境不和谐的矛盾,解决建筑本身存在的功能缺陷,怎样在统一的大环境下表达自身建筑的独特性,可读性?力图为其他高校在院系楼建筑、庭院等环境空间再设计方面提供一定的借鉴。
本文认为对院系楼建筑环境空间的再设计,应将人、建筑、环境的作为一个整体去考虑。从使用者的角度,通过对项目的现状研究,深挖院系楼的历史文脉。以创建可持续性发展、有机的建筑环境,着重表达院系楼的文脉特征。

ABSTRACT
With higher education ing more and more mass-oriented and popular, challenges faced by universities or colleges in the facilities have arisen, that is, the existing facilities and the related resources can’t satisfy the needs of development of universities and colleges, besides, the demand for space has e more and plicated, universities and colleges have taken measures including building new facilities or modification on the existing teaching buildings in order to meet the demands. However, as a pool of culture, newly-built teaching facilities in a university or college are found very hard to replace the old ones in terms of historical and cultural legacy, instead, to update the existing faculty buildings is the only way that every university or college shall follow in construction and development.
Considering the above described conditions, this paper is designed to explore the possibilities of building more suitable space environment to meet the needs of highly object-oriented aims and varieties of teaching forms in faculties and colleges based on the re-design of the building environment space for the experimental plexes of the .
