摘要
本文针对目前国内高效湿法电除尘器研究和开发的薄弱环节做了一些有益的探索,特别对电除尘器中电场的分布及影响电场分布的因素进行了较详细的理论分析研究,同时对尘粒在电场中荷电运动作了多方面的理论的研究, 在充分理解电除尘原理的基础上进一步阐明了高效湿法屯除尘器的开发思路及关键参数的确定方法,在借鉴实物及实践经验的并通过实验明确了设备主要尺寸和结构并分别予以描述。
本文较全面地引入了电除尘器的最新理论和实践经验,丰富电除尘器的理论研究,再加上实践所积累的大量实用数据,综合归纳后的诸多独到见解为国内同领域所罕见。其主要进展之一就是在尘粒荷电、电场分布及收尘方面能较过去更多地依靠理论来指导电除尘器的设计、运行,从而把电除尘器的设计、选用和分析,从单纯地依靠经验技巧提高到更加科学的基础上来。
在本文理论基础上设计制造的工业产品已成功应用在烟台万华聚氨酯股份有限公司的化工装置,效果非常理想,该产品填补了国内在高效连续去除气体中直径 2u以下灰尘的湿法电除尘器产品的空白。该产品已获得国家发明和实用新型2项专利。但是,由于作者所从事的专业及知识层面的限制,文章中的许多结论还有待于进一步推敲,其适用范围也仅限于本文所描述的产品,是否具有广泛的指导意义有待专业人士评判。
