摘 要
目的:通过检测骨桥蛋白(OPN)、小凹蛋白()在骨关节炎不同退变程度关节软骨中的表达,(OA)发生与发展过程中的作用。
方法:选取10例正常关节软骨标本和26例骨关节炎软骨标本, 依据Outerbridge标准从上述软骨标本中凿取正常和OA不同退变程度软骨块共50例,随后根据关节软骨改良Mankin病理评分法将上述软骨块进行分组:正常关节软骨标本9例(A组)、0A软骨轻度退变标本10例(B组)、0A软骨中度退变标本15例(C组)、0A软骨重度退变标本13例(D组)(其中有3例标本因脱片或取材失误未纳入后续实验)。运用免疫组化方法(SABC法)检测上述四组关节软骨中OPN ,。
结果:,其表达的平均灰度值分别为(A组)±、(B组)+8。02、(C组) 、(D组)+。各组之间OPN的表达比较均具
