Actions 10
The Employer, the Contractor, the Project Manager and the Supervisor shall act as stated in this contract and in a spirit of mutual trust and co-operation. The Adjudicator shall act as stated in this contract and in a spirit of independence.

(1)The Parties are the Employer and the Contractor.

(2)Others are people anizations who are not the Employer, the Project Manager, the Supervisor, the Adjudicator, the Contractor, or any employee, Subcontractor or supplier of the Contractor.

(3)The Contract Date is the date when this contract came into existence.
