重庆直辖十年主城住区建设分析——之山地住区居住环境规划设计分析.docx

摘 要
从 1997 重庆直辖以来,城市建设、经济发展取得了傲人的成就。人们的生活水平也因此有了长足的提高,人们不再仅仅把“居者有其屋”作为始终的追求,进而对自己的生存居住环境品质也提出了更高的要求。
本文以重庆直辖十年这个阶段内,重庆住区居住环境规划设计实践为背景, 通过引入相关理论作为理论支撑,以现已建成案例为参考依据,总结这十年间住区居住环境规划设计的经验与教训,本着以设计具有山城特色、更加适宜人们生活的居住环境为出发点,对山地住区居住环境规划设计研究做初步的探索。
论文分为四个部分: 第一部分,包括第一章和第二章,研究框架的提出及研究现状的梳理。第一
章主要就课题研究缘起、研究意义、研究内容及研究范围、相关概念的界定、国内外相关综述以及研究方法进行简要的叙述;第二章详细阐述了重庆直辖十年住区居住环境发展历程,并结合大量现状调研成果,对山地住区居住环境现状所存在的问题进行了总结。
第二部分为本文的主体部分,包括第三章和第四章。第三章主要是对山地住区居住环境的构成及特征进行了分析,第四章围绕现状所存在的问题,展开对山地住区居住环境规划设计的研究,首先是对山地住区居住环境规划设计进行定位, 提出了山地住区居住环境规划设计的目标、原则,再从空间环境、交通环境、绿化环境、水体环境、活动场地及设施等方面针对性地进行剖析与设计。
第三部分,论文理论的实践验证。第五章在前文对居住环境规划设计研究的基础上,有针对性的抽取重庆几个典型的住区,对其进行居住环境特征方面的分析,以验证论文观点的可行性和方法体系的普遍适用性。
第四部分,是文章的结语部分,对论文提出的观点进行了总结。

ABSTRACT
Since Chongqing became the municipality in 1997, it has obtained the arrogant achievements in the urban development, urban construction and economic development. People's living standard therefore has got the considerable enhancement. They no longer merely take “The resident has the house to live” as final pursue, but set a higher request to the living environment quality.
This article takes the development and evolution of the residential environment construction as the practice background in the stage of ten years after Chongqing became the municipality, and summarizes the residential environment construction experiences and lessones during these ten years with the support of the related theories and the reference of general cases. This article, makes certain exploration of the planning and design of mountainous region residential environment, which takes the mountain city characterized and even more suitable living environment as the starting point.
