汽车发动机缸内直喷技术
摘要
大众轿车在国内首先采用了FSI 发动机技术,采用该项技术的发动机具有节能,高效,FSI技术概念及其优缺点。在与进气道喷射发动机比较的基础上,研究了FSI 技术在充气系统、燃油系统和的工作原理,重点分析了FSI 发动机分层充气、均质稀混合气、均质混合气三种模式以及燃油系统的结构和工作原理。借鉴于柴油机的燃油喷射技术,大众发动机采用了分层注油和均匀注油两种模式。FSI 技术有很大的发展潜力,将得到更大发展并将取代目前的进气道喷射技术。而本文还主要是对FSI发动机的工作原理进行了分析,并通过列举案例,对FSI发动机的常见故障进行分析、排查,提出解决方案。

Volkswagen car was used firstly in China FSI engine technology, the technology of engine has the advantages of energy saving, high efficiency, low emissions of the advantages of gasoline engine, has e a very important development direction. This paper first introduced the FSI technology concept and its advantages and disadvantages. In the inlet and jet engine based on parison, has studied the FSI technology in pneumatic system, fuel system and the working principles, focusing on analysis of FSI engine, homogeneous stratified charge lean mixture, homogeneous mixture of three kinds of modes of the fuel system structure and working principle. In the diesel fuel injection technology, Volkswagen engine uses a hierarchical oiling and uniform filling two kinds of mode.
