摘要
工商管理类专业是与社会经济发展密切相关的一门应用性学科。近年来, 工商管理类人才的需求与供给之间的矛盾越来越明显,市场的大量需求和工商管理类人才就业难同时存在,这说明学校培养的工商管理人才不能很好的适应市场和社会的需求。从 98 年高校扩招以来,我国高等教育从精英化转向了大众化,高校培养的人才质量在降低。在这种大背景下,本科院校工商管理类专业的人才培养必须根据社会和市场的需求做出调整和创新,提高人才培养质量, 适应企业岗位需求。人才培养模式是人才培养的核心,因此对本科院校工商管理类专业人才培养模式的研究和创新不仅具有理论意义,还具有实践意义。
本文在研究教育内部关系规律和外部关系规律、人力资本理论、人才培养质量的相关理论的基础上,对本科工商管理类高年级学生以及企业进行问卷调查,了解国内本科工商管理类专业人才培养的现状,明确分析当前企业对工商管理类专业人才需求。通过对国内外工商管理类专业本科人才培养模式的对比分析,就我国本科工商管理类专业人才培养方面存在的问题进行研究,找出现有人才培养模式的问题所在。根据用人单位对工商管理类人才的需求,结合国内本科工商管理类专业人才模式的现状和存在的问题,构建有区别的人才培养目标、完善课程体系、灵活的教学方法、多样的实践教学、优秀的教师队伍的创新型、实践型的本科院校工商管理类专业人才培养模式并提出相应的推行措施。

Abstract
Majors of business administration is an applied discipline closely related to both social and economic development. In recent years, the conflicts between the demand for business administration professionals and the supply for it are ing more obvious. The great demand of market co-exists with employment difficulties of business administration professionals, which fully proves that the business administration students cultivated by college can hardly fit in with the needs of society. Moreover, the higher education in our country has shifted from elitism to popularization and the number of qualified personals cultivated by college is decreasing since the enrollment expansion of colleges in 1998. Against such a background, the cultivation of business administration talents in undergraduate colleges must be adjusted and innovated according to the demands of market and society, improving their qualities for better performance in work. Since the talent-training modes are the core of talent training, the research into and innovation on the training mode of administration talents in undergraduate colleges is not only theoretically meaningful, but also practically important.
