不同贸易理论对我国金融服务贸易解释力的实证分析——兼论我国金融服务贸易的发展策略.docx

摘 要
根据国家外汇管理局公布的2006年我国国际收支平衡表,我国在经常项目和资本项目实现双顺差的同时在金融服务和保险服务两项中存在着巨大的逆差,因此金融服务贸易的市场开放带给我们更多的是加快发展的压力。本文依据我国金融服务贸易的产业与贸易特征试图从实证分析的角度对不同贸易理论的解释力进行检验并把以比较优势理论为代表的传统国际贸易理论与以规模经济、不完全竞争为特征的新贸易理论和竞争优势理论相结合共同应用于对金融服务贸易模式的理论解释当中进而解决FSA约束下我国金融服务贸易发展的策略与政策选择问题。本文从金融服务贸易的相关决定理论入手,采用理论分析和实证研究相结合的研究方法,对比较优势理论、竞争优势理论以及产业内贸易理论对我国金融服务贸易的适用性进行了检验,检验结果显示:以过境交付方式发生的金融服务贸易整体上符合比较优势理论,而与竞争优势理论则存在着一定的偏差,我国人力资本要素的缺乏造成了我国在这类金融服务贸易方面的巨大贸易逆差。同时就其中的银行业而言, 竞争优势理论则更具有解释力,市场竞争机制的引入使银行业具备了一定的竞争优势;以
商业存在方式发生的金融服务贸易遵循需求偏好相似理论和规模经济理论。由于不同提供方式、不同业务类型的金融服务贸易有着不同的理论基础,因此在发展策略的选择上也要有所区分。就过境交付方式而言,要着重解决人力资本要素对金融服务贸易的制约,而对商业存在方式来说,要积极引导中资金融机构选择好标的国和目标市场,实施“走出去”
战略并注意加强监管,控制金融业国际化带来的风险。
