摘要
本文是针对9辊的辊式带钢矫正机的设计。其中有两个夹送辊,七个矫正辊。此设备主要用来矫正钢板的纵向弯曲、横向弯曲、边缘浪形和中间瓢曲和镰刀弯曲以及其他类型的复杂变形的机器。该机器利用钢板在轧辊间经过多次反向弯曲,使原始曲率的不均匀度逐渐减小,进而矫平。
本次设计主要是在给定的参数下对带钢矫正机进行了全方面的具体的设计。其中包括对动力源(电动机)、主减速器、高低速联轴器、分轴箱、滑块式万向接轴、液压压下装置和矫正机主体部分的设计。其中包括电机的选取,减速器的选取,分轴箱的设计,液压压下系统设计等。且对主体设计机器的传动形式;机器的组成结构;主要技术参数;各主要零部件的设计校核。进行了较为详细的说明。

Design of Strip straightening machine
Abstract
This article is designed for 9 rolls of roll strip straightening machine . There are two pinch rolls and seven correction rollers. This equipment is mainly used to correct the vertical bending, lateral bending, wave-shaped edges of the plate and intermediate buckling and sickle bending deformation, and other types plex machines. The machine used in the roller between the plate after several reverse bend, so that the unevenness of the original curvature decreases, and then flattening. This design mostly carried out all aspects of design in the given parameters of the strip straightening machine. Including the power source (motor), the main reducer, high-speed coupling, sub-axle box, slider-type spindle, hydraulic pressure device and the main part of the design of straightening machine. Including the selection of motor, reducer selection, sub-axle box design, hydraulic pressure system, etc. And the design for a more detailed description of the machine on the main form of transmission; position; main technical parameters; design and check the ponents .
