主要对边双链型刮板输送机机头传动部进行设计。整体式链轮组件在运转过程中经常存在维修不便的问题,经常拆卸影响传动装置的可靠性。针对这一问题,本设计将链轮组件设计为剖分式。对于刮板输送机的其他部件如机头架、过渡槽、链轮、闸盘紧链器等,综合已有的多种结构进行最佳设计,进而完成输送机的整体结构设计。从电动机的选择开始设计,经减速器设计、链轮组件设计、闸盘紧链器的选择,最终确定机头部整体结构。
