摘要
众所周知,产品的建模与仿真作为产品设计的一个重要环节,是产品功能实现的主要过程。良好的建模、装配和仿真技术,对保证产品质量和可靠性,降低产品成本和提高竞争力具有十分重要的意义。随着信息技术和制造业信息化的飞速发展,建模仿真技术的发展及应用将成为必然趋势。本课题利用SolidWorks平台对CA6140车床的装配过程进行了一些必要的探讨和仿真分析。
首先,从国内外研究现状、车床的介绍、零件的建模和装配模型的建立等方面系统的阐述了建模仿真的理论知识、原理以及技术要点。
其次,对三维造型软件SolidWorks作了简单的介绍,对其插件的功能进行了学****和探索,掌握的参数化的建模方法,大大缩短了设计时间,提高了设计效率和设计质量,较好地完成了研制设计任务。这样做对于缩短产品的研制周期,降低研制成本有着显著作用。
最后,通过以上仿真将机床的传动情况直观地显示了出来,取得了较好的直观效果。而且结合本课题对今后的工作进行了展望,为整机的可装配性分析及性能评价奠定了基础。

Abstract
As we all know,modeling and simulation products,product design as an important element of the main functions of the product process. Good modeling, assembly and simulation technology, to ensure product quality and reliability,reduce costs and petitiveness force of great information technology and manufacturing the rapid development of information technology, modeling and simulation technology. That will do little to shorten the product development cycle,lower development costs have a significant role.
