PLC design in lights billboards system
摘要
随着科学技术的飞速发展,在现代生活中,彩灯作为一种景观应用越来越多。同时企业为展现自己的形象和产品,一般都会采用通过彩灯广告牌来宣传,所以当我们夜晚走在大街上,马路两旁各色各样的彩灯广告随处可见。彩灯广告牌涉及到如何去控制彩灯的亮灭、闪烁时间及流动方向等诸多控制问题,尤其如何去快捷、可靠、简单的去控制,是设计的重点。PLC具有可编程性、线路简单、可靠性高等特点,能很好的解决以上问题。
本设计采用PLC可编程控制器来实现,利用程序自动控制,实现彩灯在一个循环周期内闪烁待定次数。同时本设计采用继电器逻辑控制或电子逻辑控制装置,工作量少,方便可靠,并易于修改闪动次数和亮、灭持续时间,具有较强的可看性。

Abstract
With the development of science and technology in our modern life, lantern as an increasing number of landscape applications. At the same time, enterprises aim to take on their image and products,they generally using billboards to promote through the lights. So in the evening when we walking in the street , we can see the street lights on both sides with different kinds of ads everywhere. Lantern billboard control relates to how to eliminate bright lights, flashing time and the flow direction, and many other control how to fast, reliable, simple to control, which are designed to focus on. PLC is programmable, simple circuit,
high reliability,which can well solve the above problems.
This design uses a PLC programmable controller to realize the use of process automation, achieve the lantern in a determined number of cycles within the same time, this design uses a relay logic control or electronic logic control unit, work less, convenient, reliable, and easy to modify the frequency and flashing light, and destroying the duration, with a strong worth watching.
