Abstract:AIM To observe the effects of tetram-ethylpyrazine(TMP)on the retinal ganglion and bipolar cells of rabbits ethylcellulous injection into the anterior saline,TMP, L-1 timolol and a bination of TMP and timolol inistrated to four groups ,the rabbits icroscope Ganglions and bipolar cells in model eye of normal saline group ber of ganglion cells(P<)and bipollor cells(P<)in model eye differented significantly betal saline group and TMP normal saline group,the model eye ganglion cells atin margination and nuclear membrane rupture;some inner nuclear cells arked lytic changes;outer segment appeared the model eyes in TMP group changed Results suggested that TMP may protect retinal ganglion and bipoalr cells from the damage of elevated IOP.
0 引言
近年研究显示血管因素、血液流变学、血流动力学改变等各种因素造成的眼血流灌注减少是青光眼视网膜神经节细胞丢失的原因之一[1-4] .川芎嗪具有扩张小动脉、抗血小板凝集、降低血浆纤维蛋白原,改善血液粘稠度的作用[5] .本实验将川芎嗪应用于慢性眼高压模型,通过光镜、电镜检查和细胞计数,探讨川芎嗪对慢性眼高压下视网膜的影响,为临床应用提供依据.
1 材料和方法
材料成年新西兰白兔24只,体质量4~5kg,12~16月龄,,、直接眼底镜检查眼前节及眼底无异常;10g L-1 的卡因表面麻醉后,Schiotz眼压计连续测量眼压3d,1次 d-1 ,;动物方可采用
