[摘要]目的 1 评价曲面断层与螺旋CT在牙种植中的精确性及诊断价值。方法 1 在颅骨牙槽窝中植入标志物,分别拍摄曲面断层片与螺旋CT。在曲面断层片与螺旋CT的二维、"四维" 重建图像上测量标志物长度及根方直径,将三者结果与游标卡尺测量结果(真实值)相比较。2 比较三种影像方法提供的信息量大小。结果:1 三种影像测量结果与真实值间均有显著性差异(P<)。三种影像测量结果之间也有显著性差异(P<)。CT重建图像的测量结果经校正后与真实值间均无显著性差异(P>)。曲面断层片经校正后仍与真实值间有显著性差异(P<)。2 CT重建图像可从多个层面观察术区,可清晰地显示窦腔、神经管及术区三维?quot;四维"立体结构。结论螺旋CT的精确性及诊断价值均高于曲面断层。

[Abstract] Objective Assess pare the accuracy and diagnostic value of Panoramic radiography and spiral CT for dental implant treament.
