Frequency Error
1. BTS transmits Test Model 1 at Pmax.
2. Measure “Frequency Error” and “Error Vector Magnitude” by MS8609A.
3. BTS transmits Test Model 4 at Pmax-18dB.
4. Measure “Frequency Error” and “Error Vector Magnitude” by MS8609A.

Power Control Dynamic Range
1. BTS transmits Test Model 1 at Pmax and measure. And then changes Test Model 2.
2. set the code domain power of the DPCH under test to Pmax-3 dB and set other code channels to the adequate levels.
3. Measure average power of test code channel.
