DESIGN OF 8T CRUSHER
摘要
我这次设计的题目是8T破碎机,在我国现在的原煤生产中主要有颚式破碎机、锤式破碎机、球磨机、笼式破碎机、对辊机和轮碾机等几种。与这些破碎机相比较,我么可以发现齿辊破碎机有很多不可逾越的优势。
设计开始对工作需要的工作量进行分析,此设计破碎机的设计主要用于中碎。
本次设计用了一个电机拖动的方式,使用带传动传递动力,大带轮和一个单级减速器输入轴相互连接。减速器的输出轴与主动齿的辊轴相互连接,使用齿轮传动传递扭矩,传递到从动齿辊轴。
这次设计包括一个单级减速器设计、带传动设计、一对同步齿轮设计和齿辊盘及齿辊轴的设计。本次设计对传统齿辊破碎机进行了一些优化改进。这次设计加装了一个弹簧退让保险装置,防止大型的物料进入破碎机造成破碎机的损坏,很好的保护了装置。

ABSTRACT
The title of my design is 8T crusher. In the current production of raw coal in China, there are jaw crusher, hammer crusher, ball mill, cage crusher, roller machine and roller mill. Compared with these crushers, we can find that the toothed roll crusher has many insurmountable advantages.
The design begins with an analysis of the workload required. The design of the crusher is mainly used for medium crushing.
This design uses a motor drive mode, using belt transmission power, large pulley and a single stage reducer input shaft interconnected. The output shaft of the reducer is connected with the roller shaft of the driving gear, and the gear transmission is used to transmit the torque to the driven tooth roller shaft.
The design includes a single stage reducer design, belt drive design, a pair of synchronous gear design and gear roller and gear roller shaft design. This design has carried on some optimized improvement to the traditional toothed roll crusher. This design has installed a spring back insurance device to prevent large materials from entering the crusher and cause damage to the crusher.
