Abstract
For solving the problem of producing the steel tube instable,rolling pressure in some pass oversize,the length of pipe end upset is excessive long and performance unqualified of seamless tube branch of wuhan iron and steel(group)corp.,the paper researched physics
characteristic of 37Mn5 steel,improved technology and pass parameter of sizing and stretch reducing production line,reformed craft system, increased wall precision of seamless tube and improved power parameter of mill and performance of product.
Through single dishes of experiment pressing and plural non—linear regression by gathering the typical data of stress-strain curves,flow stress mathematics model is
mathematics model is of simple structure and high precision in calculation and Can be used in
practical production.
Through studying the condition of production,optimized the production technology of sizing and stretch a new distribution principle of reduction rat,the reduction rat of sizing mill is set to 1 0%,lightening load of mill for guaranting it safely;increasing the reduction rat of stretch reducing mill to 30%to reducing the wall thickness;reducing the number of tensile mill,avoiding tensile force between mill units,curtailing the length of pipe
end upset 200mm;set the heating-印temperature below 11 00℃,finishing temperature above 840℃to acquiring good structural performance;counted force parameter of mill and checked the power of electric productive practice,curtailing the length of pipe end
upset obviously,production process steady and improved yield.
