企业筹资方式的比较与选择
摘要为了满足经营运行的资金需要和投资发展的资金需要,合理支配投资渠道和选择筹资方式,企业要找出最适的筹资方案。本文首先对企业的各种筹资方式进行比较,然后根据影响企业筹资方式选择的因素,选择适合企业的筹资方式。综合资本成本率最低的筹资方案,应对的筹资结构就是企业最优的资本结构。本文解决了企业如何筹资的难题。

企业筹资,是指企业为了满足其经营活动,投资活动,资本结构调整等需要,运用一定的筹资方式,筹措和获取资金的一种行为。资金是企业的血液,是企业设立、生产和发展的物质基础,是企业开展生产经营业务活动的基本前提。能否获得稳定的资金来源,及时足额筹集到生产要素组合所需要的资金,对企业的经营和发展至关重要。筹资活动是企业一项重要的财务活动。如果说企业的财务活动是以现金收支为主的资金流转活动,那么筹资活动则是资金营运的周转点。筹资主要是为了满足经营运转的资金需要和投资发展的资金的需要。
