摘要
世界5%左右的能耗用于矿物的选别,而选矿中80%左右的能耗用于对原物料的粉碎。经济的高速发展导致了能源的大量消耗,选矿处理的原矿由于“贫细杂”等更加难选。矿石品位的降低,有用矿物嵌布粒度减小等现象更增加了选矿能量的消耗。同时,由于粉碎方式的改变,改善矿石粉碎过程中矿物之间的解离状态,提高选矿回收率,最终提高我国矿产资源的利用效率。因此研究新型粉碎技术与设备具有重要的经济、社会和环境效益。
高压辊磨机作为一种超细碎设备具有单位破碎能耗低、单位钢耗低、单位处理能力大、破碎产品粒度均匀、占地面积少、设备作业率高等特点,受到国内外专家和学者的关注,成为多碎少磨技术的发展趋势。
本论文对高压辊磨机进行了总体设计。首先根据经验公式,设计完成给定任务量所需的高压辊磨机的各部分参数,如辊径,辊宽、辊磨力,功率等参数。然后是结构设计和整体规划。最后进行非标准件的尺寸确定与标准件的选型。

Abstract
About 5% of the world's energy consumption for mineral sorting, and dressing in about 80% of the energy consumption used for crushing of raw materials. The high speed development of economy led to the energy consumption of a large number of mineral processing of ores such as "lean fine" is more difficult to choose. Ore grade is reduced, the phenomenon such as useful minerals disseminated extent reduce more increases the energy consumption of mineral processing. At the same time, because of the change in grinding way to improve the ore mineral in the process of crushing the dissociation between the state, improve the ore dressing recovery rate, eventually improve the using efficiency of mineral resources in our country. So the new crushing technology and equipment has important economic, social and environmental benefits.
High pressure roller mill as a kind of super fine grinding equipment, low energy consumption per unit broken unit low steel consumption, large processing capacity, product size uniform broken, covers an area of less, equipment operation efficiency higher characteristic, got the attention of experts and scholars at home and abroad, e the development trend of more crushing less grinding technology.
