Abstract
Near these decades,with the violent development of global economy,the state with tense traffic is aggravated (Intelligent Traffic System),as a kind of brand—new way which solves the traffic problem,is developing rapidly at home and vehicle monitoring system is the important part of ITS, and is the focuses of the development and application of domestic ITS at present.
This system melts Global Positing System(GPS),Geographic Information System (GIS),Global System for munications(GSM),the technique puter data processing and the technique of modern munication in the integral can realize al卜weather fixed position of satellites,electronic map to show and vehicle real—time monitoring and so ,this article detailedly introduces the GPS and GIS,explains their applicatiOIIS in the vehicle monitoring system,and gives the coordinate transform model which patibly in this discussing the choice munication mode,this paper emphasizes to analyze the short munication technique used in transmitting location data, involves the system configuration, receiving
/transmitting model and coding/encoding process of the short munication realizes the navigation data transmitting by puter munication technique under programming environment.
On analyzing GIS technique,GPS technique,GSM technique,SMS technique and their development and application at home and abroad,this thesis expatiates the whole process of this vehicle monitoring system according the system software integrally realizes the located data delivering,the electronic map showing and the otive target real—time monitoring by programming environment embed MapX control,with SQL Server 2000 recording all kinds monitoring
