Abstract Abstract This thesis is about the solution and optimization of work capacity and work main objective of the research is to find solutions for the improvement of GSM radio capacity and GSM work quality performance. About the solution of GSM radio capacity,the study is about the many ways of capacity expansion techniques such as cellular cell split,spread spectrum,frequency reuse,micro cell,pico cell,GSM900/1800 dual band and half rate from these,the research covers the work hot spot traffic analysis and dynamic configuration of radio technique is using the optical fiber repeater From the BTS site,the radio signal is converted into optical signal and transfer via optical fiber to the remote site and the original signal is repeated with some gain to give coverage to the needed advantage of this technique is that the BTS site can absorb traffic from many hot spot areas and provide solution and optimization for capacity needs. About the solution of GSM work study is about the many ways of improve work quality such as work quality indicator optimization process flow,work propagation model analysis,GSM radio time slot concept call analysis and the optimization technique of GSM 900/1800 dual main objective of this research is to find solutions for work quality improvement such as the study about H channel function and the channel holding H traffic is calculated and the traffic model and channel usage pattern is drafted for the strategies of channel Fe—configuration and radio optimization technique can work quality and at the same time save cost form over investment.
