摘要
孔子德育思想是中华民族的宝贵遗产,已深深融入到整个民族的思想意识和行
为规范之中,积淀为一种道德遗传基调,对中华民族精神的传承,对中华民族的政
治生活、文化心态、道德观和价值观的形成,以及对培养历代无数的圣贤人格,都
产生了重要影响。《论语》是研究孔子教育活动和教育思想最可靠、最基本的资料,
对孔子的道德教育思想作了详细的记述。
本论文的研究目标是以《论语》为文本基础,分析孔子培养弟子德育素质方面
的观点和教育方法,归纳、总结其中的道德教育思想,并予以分析和探讨;其次是
通过阅读和搜集大量相关的研究论文,吸取各家观点,尽可能从比较深入的层次来
挖掘孔子道德教育思想的精髓,使其在现代社会和现代教育中发挥更大的作用,为
现代的教育工作以及培养学生的德育素质提供借鉴。论文由以下三部分组成:
第一部分:分析孔子道德教育思想产生的背景。要对孔子德育思想进行全面分
析、理解,就必须将其放在孔子的政治历史文化和家庭生活背景之中。
第二部分:对孔子道德教育思想的内容、方法和目的进行阐释。内容上是以“仁”
为核心内容,以“礼”为外在形式。方法上主要分为自我修养方法和道德教化方法
两种。目的上从两个层次来探讨,首先是理想人格——圣人、君子,其次是理想政
治——为政以德。
第三部分:阐释了孔子道德教育思想在高校道德教育领域的现实意义。主要将
孔子道德教育思想中的精华部分结合当代高校道德教育存在的问题,从七个方面来
展开。

Abstract
Confucius’ thoughts of moral education are an invaluable culture heritage of China,
which has been deeply melted into the ideology and criterions of Chinese people. Being
cumulated as a kind of mood in heritage of morality, it has made great influences on the
formation of Chinese ethos, on the formation of politics action, cultural consciousness,
views of morality and value of Chinese People, and on bringing up talents with ideal
personality. It is most reliable that “Analects of Confucius” studies Confucius educational
activities and educational thought.
The goal in research of the thesis is based on “Analects of Confucius”, in order to
consult with the thought content of that book, and analyses that Confucius trains the view
of disciple's moral quality and educational methods, "moral education "thought summed
up and giving analysis and discussion. It is through reading and collecting a large number
of research work and articles that are correlated with, draw every view, so, it can make the
content and method drawn lessons from to offer for modern educational work and
cultivation students' moral quality.
