考试内容:三篇文章:一般是叙事一篇(包括一般的记叙文,或者是小故事,大道理;科普一篇(介绍一项新事物或者一项科学技术成果);趣味阅读一篇。(包括自然风光,人文地理,小幽默等)

一、先读题,再通读文章。
带着问题去读文章,有些答案就直接在文章中找得到。
增强自信,克服恐惧心理,能理解80%左右的内容,遇到生词尽量猜。
二、找中心句。
中心句可能在每段话的开头、结尾、或在中间。
三、提炼文章的中心思想。
因为阅读材料中不出现标题,而题目中往往就有一题,请为文章选择最佳标题,或本段主要内容是什么?

If you often feel tired and the doctor can’t find anything wrong with you, you may be in a state of Sub health(亚健康). Sub health is a state between health and illness. Most of the sub healthy people are middle-aged ones who are usually stressed out because of work and family. And some of them are students who are having exams.
If you are sub healthy, it is not difficult for you to e well soon. You should have good living habits. For example, you should get up early and go to bed early. And you should exercise regularly. Exercising can keep you healthy. As for meals, it is better to eat less salt and sugar. Vegetables, fruit and fish are important to your body. You should eat more of them. It is not good to eat too much at one meal, because it may cause unhealthy changes in the digestive tract(消化道).And at last , a balanced diet is very helpful in staying away from sub health.
