摘要
许多国家和地区把旅游业列为21世纪的支柱产业,我国现代旅游业兴起于50年代初,自改革开放以来,我国旅游业有了蓬勃发展。目前我国已成为亚洲重要旅游目的地,成为世界第五大旅游大国,并由此产生了巨大的经济收益。自进入二十一世纪,旅游业更成为全球性的朝阳产业。我国从20世纪90年代起,旅游业的发展格局也发生了阶段性的变化。与此同时,我国旅游业资源破坏、旅游区环境质量下降的问题也日益突出。为使旅游业持续、协调发展,有必要分析旅游环境问题产生的原因、影响方式和所造成的结果,为我国旅游业发展的管理、决策提供服务。作为重要的旅游资源,嘉兴古镇以其悠久的历史、古朴的居民建筑、深厚的文化底蕴、独特的水乡风貌吸引着众多的中外游客前往,当地的旅游业得到迅速发展。但是随着浙江嘉兴古镇旅游的迅速升温,所呈现出的一些问题也逐渐受到各界的关注,如何正确对待古镇旅游开发与保护已经成为旅游研究的重大课题。通过对两个嘉兴古镇开发与保护模式的典型进行调查分析,比较各个古镇旅游开发与保护模式的利弊,在建立可行的嘉兴古镇旅游开发与保护模式这一方面,进行了初步尝试,以协调嘉兴古镇旅游开发与资源保护之间的关系,确保嘉兴古镇旅游开发走上可持续发展的道路。

ABSTRACT
The tourism industry in many countries and regions as a pillar industry of the 21st century, the rise of modern tourism in the early '50s, since the reform and opening up, China's tourism industry has been booming. At present, China has e an important tourist destination in Asia to e world's fifth largest tourist destination, and the resulting huge economic benefits. Since entering the twenty-first century, tourism has e the global sunrise industry. The age of 90 from the 20th century, the tourism development pattern has also undergone a stage of change. At the same time, China's tourism resources, destruction of declining environmental quality of tourism issues are also increasingly prominent. To make tourism sustainable and coordinated development of tourism environment is necessary to analyze the causes, effects and the result means for the management of tourism development, decision-making services. As an important tourism resource, Jiaxing town with its long history, ancient residential buildings, rich cultural heritage, the unique style of rivers and lakes attract many foreign tourists, the local tourism industry developed rapidly.
