微管微创人工流产的临床观察
:目的:微管微创人工流产的观察。方法:对200例要求终止妊娠者分为A、B两组,A组采用微管微创人工流产术,B组采用传统的负压吸引术。观察两组的疼痛、出血量、人流综合征发生情况、手术时间、术后***出血时间。结果:微管微创人流疼痛明显减轻,手术时间明显缩短,人工流产综合征发生率明显减少,术中出血也明显减少。两组比较有统计学差异(P<)。结论:微管微创人流可减少受术者生理、心理痛苦。是一种安全有效、简单操作的人工流产方法。值得推广。
