ASSR声场评估助听听阈可行性报告

【摘要】目的探讨听觉多频稳态诱发反应(ASsR)技术对无法配合听力测试或行为测试结果不可靠的听障儿童进行助听
听阈评估的可行性。方法在隔声室内,12名感音神经性聋患儿,依序先后配戴数字助听器和模拟线性助听器,分别进行自由声
场(FF)和(ASSR)声场测试,分析比较其助听听阈评估效果。结果分别采用不同测试方法评估佩带不同类型助听器的助听听阈
结果,其相关性不一致。模拟线性助听器的助听听阈具有较高的相关性,而数字助听器助听听阈的相关性较差。载波频率为2
kHz时,两类助听器所得的助听听阈相关性均极为显著,但当载波频率为4kHz时,助听听阈的相关性均较差。结论 ASSR技术
不能为配戴压缩性助听器的听障人群提供精确的助听听阈评估效果。
