腰椎融合术围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓的物理预防措施
【Abstract】 Objective: To clarify the clinical effect of physical prophylaxis during peri-operation following lumbar interbody fusion in order to prevent deep vein thrombosis. Method: From November 2012 to June 2013, a total of 114 patients underwent lumbar interbody fusion and subsequent physical prophylaxis measures, such as quitting smoking and drinking, performing muscle contraction exercise regularly, wearing antithrombotic pressure belt and performing intermittent pression; meanwhile, adequate intravenous infusion should be guaranteed during peri-operation. Result: All 114 patients underwent lumbar interbody fusion essfully, meanwhile, no deep vein thrombosis of bilateral lower limbs was observed among them. Conclusion: Regular muscle contraction, application of antithrombotic belt and intermittent pression are effective and safe measures to prevent peri-operative deep vein thrombosis, and anticoagulant drugs are not needed regularly.
