摘要
上市公司的最终目标是实现股东财富最大化这就要求衡量公司绩效的指标应
该准确反映公司为股东创造的价值传统的绩效评价指标由于资本成本计算不完全
和受会计信息失真的影响并不能准确反映公司当期为股东创造的价值 EVA 绩效评
价体系克服了传统企业绩效评价的缺点在考虑企业投入的所有资本包括权益资
本成本的基础上对会计体系中不合理的部分进行了必要的调整从而更准确地反
映了公司的价值创造能力和经济效率
尽管 EVA 绩效评价体系在国外已经被很多国际知名公司所采用并帮助它们
取得了卓著成效而在我国 EVA 绩效评价体系还是一个新概念如何将这一先进
的绩效评价方法引入我国建立适合我国上市公司的 EVA 绩效评级体系是一个
重要的研究课题本论文首先介绍了EVA 绩效评价的发展理论动因及EVA 绩
效评价体系的实质内容并对 EVA 绩效评价体系与现行绩效评价体系做了详细的
分析结果表明 EVA 是符合价值管理的一种评价体系有优于现行其他绩效评价
体系的先进性比会计利润更客观的反映企业真实情况并且准确反映了企业为股东
创造的价值接着结合我国的实际情况对EVA 的技术内容作了一个详尽的描述
在此基础上文中选用了沪市仅发行A 股的上市公司2002 年的横截面数据进行实
证分析研究表明 EVA 在解释上市公司价值以及股东投资收益方面都要优于传统
的绩效评价方法与上述的理论分析相符合证明 EVA 绩效评价是迄今为止对公
司经营业绩进行评价较为准确的一种方法为我国上市公司推行 EVA 绩效评价体
系提供了一定的依据论文的最后部分对青岛啤酒实施 EVA 绩效评价体系的应用
效果进行了案例分析并指出了目前影响我国实施EVA 绩效评价效果的影响因素

Abstract
The ultimate goal of panies is to achieve imum shareholders wealth
this required that the enterprises performance measurement system must reflect this
concept The traditional performance measurement systems can not measure shareholder
value accurately because they do not consider the cost of equity capital EVA
performance measurement system es traditional ing considering the
opportunity cost of equity capital and rectifying the distortions of profit made by
accounting principles which reflect the value creativity and economic efficiency of the
company more accurately
Though EVA has been adopted in many world panies and helps them
get prominent effects it is a new concept in China So it is necessary for us to introduce
this advanced performance measures method to our domestic panies to
establish an applicable EVA performance measures system This thesis firstly introduced
the economic value added theory including its development theoretical foundation and
essence and has made detailed analysis in several kinds of performance measurement
methods in theory the result
