宫缩乏力性产后出血的护理观察
【摘要】目的:探讨宫缩乏力性产后出血的护理观察。方法:资料选自2010年9月-2013年9月在我院就诊的宫缩乏力性产后出血患者112例,分为两组,每组56例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上予以护理干预,对两组患者临床护理效果、成功止血的时间以及实际住院的时间、不良反应的发生情况进行分析。结果:%,%,差异具有统计学意义(P<);研究组实际住院的时间与成功止血的时间均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<);%(3/56),%(12/56),差异具有统计学意义(P<)。结论:在宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的临床护理中于常规护理的基础上施行护理干预较单纯的常规护理具有更佳的效果,可提高护理效果、降低并发症的发生,值得临床广泛推广与使用。
