【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the apoptosis effect of ginsenoside Rg3 on cervical cancer Hela cells. Meth-
ods Hela cancer cells were treated with ascending concentration of ginsenoside Rg3. Morphologic changes of apop-
totic cells were observed by optical microscope after HE staining. Cell survival rates and apoptosis were detected by
cell counting kit - K - 8 and cell flow cytometry FCM . Results Morphology changes of apoptosis and ap-
optotic body were found by optical microscope,including cellular shrinkage and nucleus chromosome condensation.

After treatment by ginsenoside Rg3 at dosage of 10 20 40 80μg /ml for 48 h Hela cells were found to have a mean
