硕士论文 渗透促进剂一茄桂氪酮的合成及应用研究
摘要
月桂氮酮是一种新型皮肤渗透促进剂,对亲水亲油性化合物均有明翌的助渗作用,是透皮促渗剂的典型代表。它的突出优点是它的渗透往、毒性帮对皮肤的刺激性小,与其它渗透剂相比,具有很大的表面活性,很强的助渗与自渗作用,为巍今皮肤渗透促进剂的研究热点之一。
本文以十二醇、已内酰胺等为原料,经过溴化、N一烷基化二步反应合成了月桂氮嚣蔷。瓣其反应机理进行了探讨,通过单因素,多因素正交试验对各反应产物的合成条件进行了优化,采用固一液相转移法,,反应温度90。C,碱在反应过程中每隔-d,时加一次的最佳反应条件下,最终目标产物收率达97%;采用KF—A1 zoa催化法,在反应温度80。C、,%;采躅KOH—A1。0。催化法,在反应时间4,5h,反应温度85。C的最佳反应条件下,反应收率达90%。并用红外、核磁及质谱等分析手段对所合成产物的结构进行了袭征:同时也对目标产物的物理性能诸如汽化焓、沸点及渗透性能进行了测定与分析。

Abstract
Lanrocapramum is a new type of transdeernal rating agent,it has distinct osmosis to hydrophile pound,and it is typical delegate of transdeemal pene缸ating outstanding excellence are doughty permeability、less toxicity and irritant to pare with other n:ansdermatica,it has prodigious surface activit3r and strong will be studied well as one ofhot spots for txansdermatica.
In this paper,Laurocapramum was synthesized though tow—step reactions of bromination and N—unialkylation,ethylediamine and caprolactam as starting reaction mechanism was effects of various conditions to the reaction were optimized by unifactor and mulfifactor orthogonal experiment。Under the optimum reaction condition that potassiuna hydroxide was added in batches,and the preparation of was carried out at hour reaction time and 90 temperature,the yield reached 97%in the camlysis of solid—liquid Phase; Under the optimum reaction condition that the reaction time was hour and the temperature Was 80。 yield of Laurocapramum、uqas % in the catalysis of fluorinate kalium impregnated on alumina supporter; Under the optimum reaction condition that the reaction time was hour and the temperature Was 85 4C,the yield of Laurocapramum was 90%in catalysis of potassium hydroxide impregnated on alumina structures of products were characterized by IR,
