摘要
自动喷泉采用了可编程控制器PLC和变频器,用软件实现对自动喷泉运行的控制,可靠性大大提高。控制系统结构简单,外部线路简化,可方便的增加或改变控制功能,也可以进行故障自动检测与报警显示,提高运行安全性,并便于检修。用西门子S7—200方法编程,可以使设计思路清晰,编程简便。而变频器调速以其优异的调速性能和起制动性能、高效率、高功率因素和节电效果,可以控制喷泉水位的高度,广泛的适用范围及其它许多优点而获国内外公认为最有发展前途的调速方式。因此,可编程控制器PLC技术加变频器调速技术已成为现代喷泉行业的一个热点。

Abstract
The automatic eruptive fountain has used programmable controller PLC and the frequency changer, realizes with the software to the automatic eruptive fountain movement control, the reliability enhances greatly. The control system structure is simple, the outside plant simplifies, may facilitate increases or the change control function, may also carry on the breakdown automatic detection and the warning demonstrated that enhances the safety in operation, and is advantageous for the overhaul. With Simens the S7-200 method programming, may cause the design mentality to be clear, the programming is simple. But the frequency changer velocity modulation by its outstanding velocity modulation performance and the braking quality, the high efficiency, the high power factor and the electricity saving effect, may control the eruptive fountain water level the altitude, the widespread applicable scope and other many merits attain the domestic grandfather to think that most has the career development velocity modulation way. Therefore, the programmable controller PLC technology adds the frequency changer velocity modulation technology to e the modern eruptive fountain profession a hot spot.
