Ku波段单刀双掷吸收式开关
摘要
微波振荡器主要用于微波收、发信机的本地振荡、微波测量系统的基本信号源等,其性能好坏直接影响微波系统性能的优劣和测量精度。随着毫米波技术的不断发展和工程实用化要求的进一步提高,微波系统对振荡器的要求也越来越高。介质振荡器具有频率稳定度高、易调谐、功耗低、结构简单等优点,可广泛用于移动通信、微波通信、智能天线等系统中。
本课题对“X波段介质振荡器”作了研究,,并详细分析了振荡器的基本原理及其主要技术指标。介绍了MESFET DRO和放大器的工作原理和设计方法,并给出了整个电路的仿真结果。最终经ADS仿真、优化得到输出功率Pout> 10dBm,相位噪声Pnmx < -95dBc /******@10KHz的介质振荡器。本课题在对整个电路设计和仿真的过程中,主要应用了ADS、CST、Auto CAD专业软件。

Design and simulation of dielectric resonator oscillator (DRO) at X band
Abstract
Microwave oscillator is mainly used as local oscillator of microwave transceiver and the basic signal source for microwave measuring system etc. The quality and measuring accuracy of microwave system are directly impacted by the performance of the microwave oscillator. With the developing of millimeter wave technology and the increasing practical requirements of project, the further advanced oscillator is requested. As the dielectric resonator oscillator has lots of advantages such as high frequency stability, easy tuning, low power, and simple structure, it is widely used in the system of munication, munication, intelligent antenna and so on.
A dielectric resonator oscillator is discussed at X band in this article, and designed a DRO at by using minus resistance principle, an analysis is detailedly done on basic principle and indicator of oscillator, also the result is given out for the simulation of the whole circuit. The principle and designing method of MESFET-DRO and amplifier are introduced too. After Simulating and optimizing by using ADS, a DRO can be got, whose output power is bigger than 10dBm, phase noise is less than -95dBc /******@10KHz. In the process of design and simulation for the whole circuit, many professional software including ADS, CST, and Auto CAD is used.
